Do not move your tongue to remember the Qur'an too quickly. It is our responsibility to submit and read it. Ibn Abbas (RA) says: It is our duty to keep the Qur'an in the heart of the Holy Prophet. Then after we have read it, follow that reading. Ibn 'Abbas (RA) said: "Listen to him quietly." After that it is our responsibility to explain the meaning.Then surely it is our responsibility to read it (ie save it) so that when Gabriel comes to you, you will listen (attentively). When they left, the Prophet (PBUH) used to read this revelation in the same way that Gabriel had read it.
