Saudi Mufti Azam - Taraweeh and prayers should be offered in homes amid coronavirus

Riyadh (Web Disk)- Saudi Arabia's Mufti Azam has said that Taraweeh and Eid prayers will be offered in homes due to the outbreak of the Corona virus.

According to Saudi Arabia's official news agency, on Friday, Sheikh Abdul Aziz al-Shaykh has said that prayers will not be arranged in mosques this year because of measures taken to prevent the Corona virus.
He added that if the The spread of the epidemic continues in the month of ramadhan, then Eid al-Fitr prayers will be offered in the homes.

The statement of the Saudi Mufti Azam came about a week before the start of Ramadan.
It should be noted that the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has issued directives for Muslims from all over the world to delay the Umrah and Hajj.

So for, 6,380 people have been diagnosed with the Corona virus and 83 have died while 990 victims have recovered in Saudi Arabia.
