صحیح البخاری (39)

آنحضرت ﷺ نے فرمایا بے شک دین آسان ہے اور جو شخص دین میں سختی اختیار کرے گا تو دین اس پر غالب آ جائے گا ( اور اس کی سختی نہ چل سکے گی ) پس ( اس لیے ) اپنے عمل میں پختگی اختیار کرو ۔ اور جہاں تک ممکن ہو میانہ روی برتو اور خوش ہو جاؤ ( کہ اس طرز عمل سے تم کو دارین کے فوائد حاصل ہوں گے ) اور صبح اور دوپہر اور شام اور کسی قدر رات میں ( عبادت سے ) مدد حاصل کرو ۔ ( نماز پانچ وقتہ بھی مراد ہو سکتی ہے کہ پابندی سے ادا کرو ۔ )

THE BOOK OF BELIEF (FAITH)

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So, you should not be extremists but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the nights. (See Fath-ul-Bari, Page 102, Vol 1).
