It is summer and there is no better way to deal with the heat and keep your body hydrated than natural juices. Fruits are enriched with natural minerals and fibber that can work wonders on our health. They activate and rejuvenate your body from the hot heat and strengthen you with energy.
We are not talking about simple juices, but natural juices with combinations of fruits, herbs and spices for unique flavors. Seasonal fruits, mint, basil, cumin and so much more. There is no limit to the choices and combinations you can make. However, below you will find a list of recipes for 5 natural juices for hydration and energy for the summer to try and get inspired!

Natural fruit juices for hydration and rejuvenation in the summer.

1. Cucumber and kiwi juice.


Materials:
4 kiwis
2 cucumbers
grated ginger.
2 celery sticks
2 large spoons of crushed ice
1 cup water

Procedure:
1. Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces
2. Place them in the freezer for no time to freeze.
3. Put the water and the crushed ice in a blender
4. Then put all the fruit and celery with the ginger in the blender on high speed for 1 minute.
5. Serve the juice in tall glasses.

2. Natural mango juice with spices.


Materials:
500 gr. mashed mango
1 teaspoon cardamom
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon water
30 ml lime juice
20 gr. masala powder (spice)
5 gr. cumin powder

Procedure:
1. Mix all the ingredients well and if necessary, add more water or sugar to reach the taste and texture you want the juice.
2. Freeze it and serve with mint leaves.

3. Punch with various fruits.


Materials:

Half a lemon juice
500 ml of orange juice
500 ml mango juice
500 ml of apple juice
400 ml gaseous lemonade
A pinch of black pepper (optional)

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients together in a large jug or bowl and add a few ice cubes.

4. Orange and basil juice.


Materials:
2 oranges
6 fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
4-5 ice cubes

Procedure:
1. Peel the oranges and place them with the rest of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Beat the ingredients for less than a minute and then drain them into a glass.
3. Garnish with a few basil leaves and serve.
5. Watermelon and ginger juice!

Components:
1/2 watermelon, peeled into small pieces.
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons grated ginger.

Procedure:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and beat until completely combined. Strain the juice into a jug and add a little ice. Serve immediately.

5. Green juice for breakfast.


Materials:
3 sticks of celery
1.4 cucumber
4 apples
juice of 1/2 lemon
1/3 cup mint leaves
1/3 cup parsley leaves

Procedure:
Peel and chop the fruit and the rest of the ingredients. Add them to a blender until smooth.
