Sahih Bukhari Hadees Number 30

It is narrated on the authority of Hanaf ibn Qays that he said: I went to help this man (Ali). On the way I met Abu Bakr. Asked where do you go? I said, I go to help this person (Ali). Abu Bakr said, "Return to your house." I have heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that when two Muslims fight with their swords - Both the killer - and the victim are in Hell- I said: 'O Prophet! The killer is good (must be hellish). Why the victim? He said - He also wanted to kill his partner- "If he had the chance, he would have killed him. He went to hell because of his determination."

صحیح بخاری حدیث نمبر 30 - باب 2 -

´ احناف بن قیس سے روایت ہے:، کہا کہ` میں اس شخص (علی رضی اللہ عنہ) کی مدد کرنے کو چلا۔ راستے میں مجھ کو ابوبکرہ ملے۔ پوچھا کہاں جاتے ہو؟ میں نے کہا، اس شخص (علی رضی اللہ عنہ) کی مدد کرنے کو جاتا ہوں۔ ابوبکرہ نے کہا اپنے گھر کو لوٹ جاؤ۔ میں نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے سنا ہے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم فرماتے تھے جب دو مسلمان اپنی اپنی تلواریں لے کر بھڑ جائیں تو قاتل اور مقتول دونوں دوزخی ہیں۔ میں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! قاتل تو خیر (ضرور دوزخی ہونا چاہیے) مقتول کیوں؟ فرمایا ” وہ بھی اپنے ساتھی کو مار ڈالنے کی حرص رکھتا تھا۔ “(موقع پاتا تو وہ اسے ضرور قتل کر دیتا دل کے عزم صمیم پر وہ دوزخی ہوا)۔
